They use 'negative option billing' by pre checking boxes for optional services like loan protection, assuming customers won't notice in the rush to get approved. This lack of transparency makes it nearly impossible for a consumer to know their true cost of borrowing. If you are a student or someone on a budget, beware of the 'junk fees' that they bundle into your principal. It is misleading and unethical.

I was told that 100% of my extra payments went on the principle of the loan only to make an experiment to find out that oh no, you're charged interest on that money too that they charge you interest on the extra payment you're making on the loan when I was told and is written in the loan agreement that 100% of the extra payments go on the principal of the loan. This is flat out misrepresentation and should be illegal. Do not ever deal with this company. They will lie to you and steal your money Also make sure you pay extra payments as much as possible. Otherwise you will never pay off your loan as 100% of your regular loan payment go strictly to interest. $0 goes to your principal. Make sure you make extra payments, otherwise you'll never pay off this loan. They're nothing but a bunch of thieves and liars. Never deal with easy financial
