  Dave( one of the managers) is very good at what he does. That said, his customer interaction is dismal. It's as though he would rather be anywhere but in the bank. I rarely come to this branch and have been yet again reminded of one of the reasons why.

  Very disrespectful and disappointing Me and a friend recently incorporated a business together that we’ve been growing the last 8 years and was looking to move away from my current bank . I called and set appointments that were not honoured on their end . To then be told in person that the business advisor isn’t always there and when he is there he is busy with important matters . Great way to tell a possible new customer that their business isn’t worth your time . Also a few years ago when my wife went in for a mortgage for our first home the employee she went in to see essentially laughed her out of the room because we were renters not knowing we had more then half the amount needed in our account . This is 2 opportunities this bank has had to business with us that they have not just thrown away but thrown back In our face . I would strongly encourage them to change their mindset and judgments moving forward with both new and existing customers .
