  Worst bank EVER! Don’t go here. Also TD in general is garbage. Pray to god you never have to call in to deal with anything they will leave you on hold for 3 hours and not even answer the call. They offer no call back service but expect their customers to wait around on hold for literal HOURS EVERY TIME THEY CALL IN!!! I would rather deal with the CRA on the phone than them and that’s saying something. Worst bank ever.

  Absolutely impressed with the TD Bank Kanata Centrum experience yesterday! Needed service regarding GIC/ Investments and our personal banker assistance was 100% , Jiaxin (Jackson) Zhang was able to walk us through and completely assist us - what we thought would take a few days to a few weeks was resolved in minutes. We are long time TD Bank customers and this reminds me why! We hope his Branch Manager gets this note!

  Absolutely unacceptable experience with TD today. My debit card chip suddenly stopped working, so after a long day at work I went into the branch to get a replacement. Instead of helping me, the teller informed me that all my accounts are frozen due to suspected fraud and demanded THREE pieces of ID—including my passport—before they would even discuss the issue. I wasn’t carrying my passport on a random weekday evening. This entire situation started back in October when I applied for a TD credit card while logged into my secure TD desktop app. TD’s own system flagged the application as potential fraud, locked everything, and apparently never fully resolved it—even though I already spent 1.5 hours on the phone and took time off work to clear it at the time. So months later I’m the one punished again: no access to my money, accused of fraud by my own bank, and refused a simple card replacement because I didn’t have my passport in my pocket. TD, this isn’t security—this is incompetence. You created the problem, failed to fix it properly the first time, and then treated a long-time customer like a criminal when I came in for basic service. I’m beyond frustrated and seriously reconsidering where I bank after this.

  I went in to the Kanata. Centrum bank branch/location today 16th Oct at around 5 pm looking to purchase precious metal coin for Diwali. The teller was friendly but she had to ask the 2 ladies at the back about the Diwali coins. These 2 (white) ladies in their business suit started talking rudely to me and shrugging shoulders and said they never carried these special coins and that I should have ordered online. Their tone was rude and borderline insulting. They clearly didn’t care about client care even though it seemed they both were managers. Hate to say but Maybe due to color of my skin!! No wonder TD rating is so low. And side note, I have been buying Diwali coins at this branch location for many years.Maybe they stopped carrying it. But doesn’t mean you can be rude to clients
