Disabled and in pain normally would make it much worse the experience I had here however absolutely negated that sense of anticipatory dread. I had some issues with live banking this week which required a second visit to a branch in the attempt to resolve. From the moment I entered I noticed a few things that reminded me that banks used to be about service to the customer. It was clearly evident where for individuals who are disabled and require seating even to wait a few minutes not only was it clearly visible but even the staff who were busy provided a welcomed expression with eyes or heads guiding to the area. And worth noting the desk did have a small sign on indicating that at present it wasn't opened however intuitively it would seem the staff knew In this case it would be the best place to surf the customer. The matter that needed attending was rather complicated and even required a short exit and return by myself in order to conclude it properly. The lady attending to the matter at one point did require consulting assistance. Again branch efficiency seemed to be far better than I had experienced in the past elsewhere. Supervisor not only guided but maintained a presence. Later on moments after my return efficiently advising a different attendant in a very brief manner in nature and status to where it was not necessary for me to make any additional unnecessary repetitive replies. I also loved it to see as I was leaving every single teller made eye contact and silently efficiently it felt as if each was giving me a goodbye we'll see you the next time. This is probably the first branch of any bank that doesn't exist much any more. Actually I felt welcome, Well served and willing gladly to return should they need to ever arise.
