For example, I just tried to withdraw $40 while the minimum denomination allowable was $100. Not very helpful at all. Ended up at a non TD ATM in town and having to pay a surcharge for the experience. I don't know why, but I expect far more from one of Canada's big banks!

I was an hour early for my appointment and I watched how cheerful and helpful all the tellers were. Their customers in the line up were just as happy. I recommend this branch to anyone. Just keep in mind to be patient with their results because it's not always up to them to give you a quick response. They sometimes have to deal with the bureaucracy of the main office in the GTA.
