  We can’t deposit $4,500 to pay a credit card because d teller said “is too much money” EXCÚSEME ???? Where do you live buddy ? 🤣. Even though explained to him the money came from family members to paid a funeral . Oh my good what is happening with this bank ??? For your knowledge TD located at rymal ☺️

  I am a new customer and I tried calling today a few times. In the end I had to wait on hold for 59 mins to speak with someone. I got my issue resolved but when I asked a simple question about the account I have the worker left and eventually hung-up the phone. In person I have had good service but I would not try calling. With my work schedule I had no other choice but to call. Very disappointed.

  The quality and service at this TD is the absolute worst. What is our country coming to when a big reputable financial institution cannot perform basic banking tasks? I had the manager Camal, deposit money in the wrong account after I specifically gave her the last 4 digits. When i asked her to fix it she told me to call TD easy line, while easy line told me to go into the branch. Not only did the manager make an irreversible mistake refusing to make the correction but she proceeded to purposely give me the run around. She ultimately knew the answer was theres no correcting the transaction. I will be taking all my business and banking to scotia thanks Camal.

  Wish i could give it a zero .My brother opened an account on my recommendation in this branch as he is a new immigrant but this branch of td let my recommendations down .Never going to recommend to anyone as it’s a waste of time first they advised to get an appointment to open up an account and then when the next day we went for 2 nd account the rep told us that she gave us wrong information as the new immigrant’s account is not free for one year but for only 6 months she was misinformed too so we let it go as of human error but now after a month one the accounts got charged and the service support saying that the rep forgot to mention it as a new immigrant account so we need to go back to the same branch and get it sorted out .Such a waste of time and inconvenience.Poor and v bad service.Get your employees trained first!!!
