- AKAnkush KhuranaNov 10, 20253.0I am new to TD. I opened a new account online with hope to start using it straight away. But no, I had to visit the branch to get it activated. Now I don't understand the benefits of opening account online. Moreover the teller I met wasn't any friendly. It NEVER sounds good or feels good to be greeted with 'What do you want?'. Another female staff also joined later who thankfully was far more welcoming. Now I just hope TD services are not as rough as their staff.

I usually don't engage with writing reviews but she was absolutely wonderful and a breath of fresh air. She addressed and clarified all of my requirements and guided me through the complete process for my application very seamlessly. The service personel was so slow will will never come to this branch again. Basically mistbofnthe TD banks are the same. Most emplyees sit in the offuce room. So sad to know
