    I am very disappointed with the service at TD Bank. The staff are not helpful, and even the teller manager “Nadine Mancino”did not provide support. She did not want to help me and instead kept herself busy with her computer, even though the branch was not busy at all. In fact, I was the only customer there, yet I still received no proper assistance. This kind of service is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for customers. Today at 3.20 pm Monday 22 September

    I always have a great experience at this branch, specifically working with Bol. Bol has helped me numerous times, and I always leave feeling confident with my banking decisions. Bol is easy to work with, he takes initiative by providing you with all the information you asked for, and will even go above and beyond by providing you with other helpful information you wouldn’t think of. Thank you Bol, for always being so helpful, efficient and thoughtful.

    I have visited the same branch multiple times in the past to deposit my money orders from Post Canada, always providing proof of receipt. On previous visits, the branch accepted the money orders without any issues or holds, with the teller seeking approval from the branch manager. However, during my most recent visit to the same branch, I encountered inconsistency in their service. The teller was unable to deposit the money order without placing a hold on it, as she was unable to verify the money order over the phone with Post Canada. Additionally, she did not follow the proper procedures by consulting the branch manager for assistance. I then visited another branch, where the staff politely and efficiently verified the money orders with Post Canada over the phone without any issues. It is crucial for businesses to maintain consistency in their customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
