It's very hard for them to trust their customers it seems like. It feels disrespectful when they treat you like they can't trust you and so they take extra security steps. Every single time they make any simple transaction very complicated and the vibe they give is like they don't trust the customers. I never had issue with any TD branch other than this one. Pathetically Pathetic.

However, he needed support from a manager and specifically called for Eduarda. Unfortunately, she completely ignored his request. The teller had no choice but to apologize to me for the delay. Later, another manager named Daniella stepped in. I explained that I had been waiting for a long time, but her response was dismissive and unhelpful. It’s really disappointing when managers fail to support their staff or show basic respect to customers. The tellers here seem to be doing their best, but the management needs to improve communication with their team and learn to treat customers with more respect. I hope this feedback helps them reflect and make necessary changes.
