- JKJames KJul 14, 20251.0The Branch Manager here ( Paula Hutchison) is an extremely selfish self serving individual. After my financial advisor incorrectly over contributed to my TFSA, she gave verbal confirmation that I would be reimbursed for a two part fine I would be receiving from the CRA. She (through the bank) reimbursed the initial larger fine, but when I returned next year for reimbursement of the final smaller fine, she denied ever giving her word and told me that no evidence existed of any agreement to reimburse me. The fine itself was quite small, but the fact that she would treat a customer of many years this way is quite alarming. Do not under any circumstance take her word, get everything in writing. TD as a whole has been a been a great bank for me and helped me in various ways, but avoid this lady and branch if you value honesty and integrity.
