- BPBen ParkinAug 24, 20251.0This is more of an update for specifically today, Sunday, August 24th, 2025. I went to this branch -understanding the main branch itself was closed- as I only needed the TD ATM/ABM, however, the doors were locked to the whole building. Okay, I understand that for security as well, and being "Closed on Sunday" is legitimate. I walked to the drive-thru ATM/ABM, only to find that that machine wasn't accepting TD cards either. I attempted to insert my card, but the machine wouldn't take it, I tried to insert manually, and it would only go halfway, and then was "blocked"/stopped by something in the machine. It appears the ATM/ABM in the drive-thru is locked on Sundays as well? 🤷🏻🤔 Can anyone else confirm this?

I have been their customer for the last 19 to 20 years and initially the branch had friendly / fast and accommodating tellers and after covid I have seen their customer service go down like a kid on a slide. I avoid going there because all the good people have left this branch and the new ones are slow and lethargic which results in long line ups which makes me feel like I am standing in a bus stop endlessly waiting for a bus .
