  Yunus Zunaira was incredible in helping me resolve a mishandled mortgage payout from another branch. She took ownership, stayed in constant communication, and made sure everything was completed accurately and efficiently. Her professionalism and attention to detail made a stressful process seamless. Truly outstanding service!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible service we received from Zunaira Yunus the Customer Experience Manager. My 85-year-old mother needed assistance, and [he/she/they] treated her with such remarkable patience, care, and genuine compassion. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but goes above and beyond to make someone feel respected and supported—especially our elderly loved ones. Zunaira took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed her, and made sure she felt comfortable and understood throughout the process. This kind of empathy and professionalism is what truly sets a company apart. Thank you for your kindness and outstanding service!

  This is by far the worst TD branch in Guelph. The service is terrible, and staff often dismiss or disrespect international students, seniors, or anyone who doesn’t speak perfect English. Instead of helping, they make people feel small and ignored. It’s shocking that such poor service is tolerated at a major Canadian bank. If you care about being treated with basic respect, avoid this branch. Absolute worst. In paticular, an indian supervisor was the worst bank staff ever.

  Awhile ago I needed to send money internationally to my elderly parents however, the worker at this location made multiple typos on my documents which caused multiple delays and issues with the money I needed to send. Today I went to this location again to fix the typos and issues but instead of helping me and correcting their mistakes they rudely told me it's my fualt while refusing to help me. The specific worker in question was Yunus, Zunaira, apparently one of the managers at this branch. Not only was she just straight up rude she tossed papers at me and scoffed/laughed in my face over the fact they made mistakes that could've easily been fixed. She wouldn't even let anyone help me since she told everyone working to not help me. The other employees seemed really scared and embarrassed because they really couldn't do anything since she was their boss. I'm genuinely so frustrated about humiliated. Do not come here for anything another other location is better than here.
