  I was left to sit for HALF AN HOUR. I needed one form printed. They didn't know what form I needed. They asked the Manager "Carrie" she didn't seem to understand what I was looking for. I explained again. Instead of printing the information I needed they had me sit off to the side so they could "help other customers" and for some reason printed me their calculation of my net worth??? (only including accounts held with them). I assumed someone, likely Carrie would come over eventually to help me sort out what information I needed. Everyone avoided eye contact with me for 20 minutes. She sat at her desk 5 feet away doing nothing. Nothing. Eventually an hour and a half before they closed, Carrie got up, packed her things, and started to leave. I was very polite through this whole situation but I was PISSED. It genuinely felt as if they were saying "you're too poor for us to bother helping" and so they ignored me. I got back up, got in line, explained what I needed to the next clerk as Carrie walked past me to leave. The clerk was able to print off exactly what I needed with no issues. I hope Carrie loses her job. I hope she doesn't treat anyone else the way she treated me. I work in customer service for a living. You cannot simply ignore people and hope they go away because you think they're lesser than you, or not worth your time. I've banked with this specific location for 5 years. I will never be back.

  If I wasn’t invested with over 40 years with TD I would never give them my business. Management at this Branch sits behind a desk. When I asked for a return call, I never got one. I’d like to tell the whole story, it’s complicated. The account was a Guardianship account, kind of like POA but for a living person. TD made so many errors opening the account for me, taking the money, freezing accounts because of TD error, cheques being returned, returned cheques being processed, and then returned again. Alerts about my account being below threshold. And none of this was my error. TD Eramosa never once apologized and today the manager hid behind her desk avoiding me. I’m pretty easy going but she never even made eye contact. Teller was amazing, no issue there but management is who you need to deal with when it gets complicated and I give them a zero! I may sound bitter, but I assure you I am not. I go with the flow, however this has likely taken a year off my life. I’d like to say more as one of the account openers is culturally not tuned into women? He continually spoke over me, not allowing me to finish speaking. Reading this you probably think she’s a nut, but I tell you I am not. I’m invested in helping others most of my life, hence my Guardianship work. I’ve also managed businesses so I’m no fool. If it would be an easy transition I would tak all my years of banking and go to another bank, but the reality if that this would be a lot of difficult transitioning for me, my husband and now the one I am Guardian for. The other reality is that TD probably wouldn’t give a crap about losing small fry.

  Refused to transfer my money to another bank. They would only do it via draft claiming this is standard practice. This is not standard practice as scotia did a wire transfer without the TD Canada Scam fees.

  I am feeling let down! I had a bad experience when trying to cash a cheque! Seems fairly straight forward but not the case. It was insurance claim very well known insurance company!! I would have loved to get moving on with my fix up): Apparently long gone are the days of a trust and a mans word!! I am debating on changing banks now.......feeling extremely beaten down from this experience. Also the manger was to lazy to care about the best customer service(: thanks again Td great job!!!!!
