- LLlarry laceySep 3, 20252.0I am a long time customer at this branch. However I moved over to the Bullfrog branch to follow my advisor. My advisor changed positions so I returned to the Woolwich branch. I made an appointment to invest funds. The advisor was not on time for my appointment. Employees kept telling me he was busy and would be out shortly. He walked in the front door a few minutes later and they announced he arrived. So he was not busy just late for work. This shows disrespect. I called the corporate office to report what happened. They told me to contact the manager. I’m still waiting for a response. They directed me to the Stone Rd branch and the manager called me right away. The advisor never called me or apologized for being late. Unacceptable!!!

A beautiful soul at the teller named “CARLY” placed my money in an envelope and waited until I would visit the branch which would be weeks later and gave me the money in an envelope…I truly appreciated her honesty…Although all the staff at this branch are very knowledgeable and friendly, I have to truly recognize Carly :)
- DTDevon ThompsonAug 27, 20231.0This is the closest branch to where I live. I don't normally have time to do banking during banking hours. So I go to use the ATMs when I need to withdraw money outside regular banking hours. To find out they aren't accessible outside banking hours. I get the need to make it so the homeless in the area aren't sleeping in the area of the ATM but making it so regular customers can't use the ATM when they need it and have to go travel to use one is a huge let down. Not everyone drives and the next nearest TD ATM is on silver Creek and it's a drive through ATM.
