My advisor changed positions so I returned to the Woolwich branch. I made an appointment to invest funds. The advisor was not on time for my appointment. Employees kept telling me he was busy and would be out shortly. He walked in the front door a few minutes later and they announced he arrived. So he was not busy just late for work. This shows disrespect. I called the corporate office to report what happened. They told me to contact the manager. I’m still waiting for a response. They directed me to the Stone Rd branch and the manager called me right away. The advisor never called me or apologized for being late. Unacceptable!!!
