- MRMarcel Roussel3 days ago3.0I've been with TD since I first got a bank account as a kid, 20+ years ago. Not impressed with the bank only being open until 4 as of late. Now I have to take entire days off from work in order to talk to a teller. Do better for us who work past 4.
- WBW BOct 25, 20251.0As a lifetime resident of Gravenhurst, I can say this branch has gone down hill the past couple years. Customer service is terrible. The last few times especially. The tellers are rude and blame the customer for their own incompetence. I’ve had one argue with me about what was clearly a TD issue which wasted an hour of my time (this past Summer) and another (today) blame me for not understanding how to complete a transaction that I’d requested. Stating the way it was explained to her by me was the problem. Clearly she wasn’t listening and clearly they are not screening their new staff well at the interview stage. Many at this branch are rude and unprofessional. I dread going to this branch.
