- HKHumayun KabirJun 1, 20235.0Great experience getting a HELOC approved from Geraldton TD branch. Mr. Harwinder Rathore provided excellent service. He is professional and very personable. He try different approaches to get your file approved where other institutions may simply say you no. If needed, he get help from seniors to get your file approved. He keeps you informed about the status of your file. My debt ratio was very high. I had no chance to get approved for HELOC but Harwinder Rathore thought outside the box. I had a car loan in another institution. Harwinder said, paying that off can get me approved for a HELOC. So he approved a HELOC with the condition to pay off the car loan. Once approved, they paid off the car loan to the other institution and marged the loan into the new HELOC with TD. Now I have access to additional cash. Great job done Harwinder! I will do more business with you and recommend others.

I have had to use other banks for my mortgage and personal loans as a full time employee of 9 years making a decent wage they won't even approve me for a visa or mortgage or line of credit even with a substantial amount in my account There! Don't no what it takes maybe a first born ? However I kept an account there to use for a few a house hold account and always find the workers at our local branch very knowledgeable and helpful
