Staff sound like they genuinely want to help and connect with you. Opened a new account at this branch. Sherri, the financial advisor helped at every step, answering calls and scheduling meetings to guide me through the entire process, which was quite daunting for a newcomer like myself. Even when I showed up a week later unannounced, she recalled me by name. Personally quite pleased and impressed with the customer service.
