- JMJessica MartynJul 27, 20221.0The staff was less then helpful in regards to a fraudulent charge on my sons account, just gave me a number and sent me off… I call the number and they told me the bank should have dealt with me about the fraud charge… went in for 4pm and they close at 5, there were 4 customers behind me maybe that’s why she decided to tell me just to call. Regardless she was less then helpful, Cindy or whatever was her name. They also closed the doors before 5pm. I was there at 4:55pm and they locked the doors
