She puts a stop to that as it's not my card. I understand that but it has never been an issue before. This place needs to get its staff on the same page and management needs to get off its high horse.

INTIALLY AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN THE DOOR THE PERSON WHO HAD AN APPT WITH DECIDED TO GO TO LUNCH. WE WAITED APPROXIMATELY 15 MIN. SHE CAME BACK & DECIDED TO TAKE CARE OF US, OF COURSE, SHE MENTIONED WE INTERRUPTED HER LUNCH & CERTAIN MEDS SHE IS ON SHE NEEDS TO EAT AT A CERTAIN TIME. SHE HASTILY WENT THROUGH INSTRUCTIONS TO OPEN A NEW CHECKING ACCT INFO. & HOW TO SETUP ONLINE BANKING. WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS AND DO NEED ALITTLE MORE PATIENCE WHEN EXPLAINING SOMETHING NEW. JUST DIDNT FEEL THE CUSTOMER COURTESY WAS THERE AND FELT VERY RUSHED CAUSE WE INTERRUPTED HER LUNCH TIME.???? SHE SAID IF WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS JUST GIVE US A CALL. I CALLED WHEN WE GOT HOME & I WAS TOLD SHE WASN'T ALLOWED TO GIVE MEVINFORMATION OVER THE PHONE & I NEEDED TO COME IN. WHERE IS THE CONVENIENCE OF ALL THIS.
