- JTJOSEPH TettehNov 28, 20251.0The services at this branch is worse I have a ever experienced. I had an issue with my account with regards NSF fees that was charged wrongly in my opinion. I went there to get it sorted out but the associate I met was very rude and wouldn’t even listen to me; she went and call the supervisor to help but she is even worse than the associate. The painful part of it all was the fact that they changed the language to Indian language that I don’t understand. This is Canada; English and French are official languages. Both of these women have the same last names by the way (Patel). I walked away to a different branch and my concerns were addressed within a matter of minutes, because at the other branch—they listened to all I have to say and the manager came in and within seconds she sorted it out and I left there a very satisfied customer. Sometimes we should be allowed to video some of their behaviours.

I came in next day and I am told you need an appointment. When I asked why I was told that I don't need an appointment to which they replied we don't. And even if someone told you that we still won't help you. I am writing this because this is repetitive behavior at this branch. Manager and employee didn't take any efforts to help customer. Worst service ever at this branch. I wish I could give zero star.
