Despite a long line of customers waiting, the tellers were having side conversations with one another and laughing instead of focusing on the people in front of them. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful to those of us who were waiting to be served. Really disappointed with the level of service today.

I stood at the front customer service desk for almost 10 minutes while three employees walked right by me without even acknowledging my presence while making eye contact. I had to physically wave someone down just to be told that no one will be able to assist me at the customer service desk. I needed-access to my safety deposit box in the back and was told unless I line up no one will be able to assist- something that in 20 years of banking here has never been required. The new staff have not held the level of service this branch once had which is very disappointing.
