  There is absolutely no sense of urgency at this branch. Despite a long line of customers waiting, the tellers were having side conversations with one another and laughing instead of focusing on the people in front of them. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful to those of us who were waiting to be served. Really disappointed with the level of service today.

  Jeya Jacob the mobile mortgage specialist was extremely unhelpful and useless. Worst experience trying to get a mortgage. Gave us the run around for weeks asking for documents over and over again that we had already submitted to the bank. After all this to come back and tell us we most likely will not get it. I will be moving banks after this experience. Update: After posting this review Jeya calls me back trying to be helpful. I explained to her she's is unprofessional and that like I told her last time we will be going with someone else and closing out accounts after.

  A horrible excuse for a professionally run establishment. Though I am walking distance from the mall, my inclination from now on is to drive to any other branch than this. What should have been a simple three-visit (min.) partnership turned into a three-month painstaking ordeal. The weekday afternoon customer service representative has, on five separate visits, gone out of her way to avoid helping me after rudely saying "I don't start yet" each time. What a shame to have a minute-watching employee like this being the "welcoming" face of customer help. I had the complete displeasure of being helped by a rep who is in dire need of re-training. Mixed with his colloquial language and flippant body language is an arrogance and refusal to admit fault or to even feign apology for a terrible experience that was entirely his fault. He was impossible to contact via phone and had no answering machine or any means for customers to leave messages. There was minimal communication or updating done on his part throughout the three month period. After all was said and done, he tried to push another product to me for his commission.... I want to believe that this was a very long one-off situation and that this was a very uncharacteristic event, but I will never be giving this branch a try again. PS
