  I visited this branch today and received excellent customer service by Ms.Janvi, also I noticed that she was very patient and helpful with the elderly customers and made sure that all their queries are answered. I would definitely visit the branch again

  I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Paul, and I can honestly say he went above and beyond in every possible way. His customer service, professionalism, and genuine care are truly unmatched. Even though I don’t personally bank with TD, my family does — and Paul treated the situation as if it were his own. He took the time to listen, understand, and go the extra mile to help resolve a personal matter that involved multiple parties. His dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about helping people the way Paul does. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel valued and supported from start to finish. Honestly, service like his alone would make me consider switching to TD. Thank you, Paul, for your incredible support and for setting such a high standard for customer care!

  If you are in rush and you don’t have a time, you should go to this location of TD BANK( Evans Av & Sherway Gt intersection ) , there is no line up at all, even if you are in the line be sure will not wait more than 3 minutes and they will call you All the advisers and customer experience associate were nice and friendly and they helping right away I went to the location and there was a customer associate, his name JAMES FERRI, he was very nice and helped me right away but the process took to next day therefore they called the manager of the bank and he helped me with a second and he was very nice too They have 3 ATM machine but i don’t think they will need it because the worker there faster more than the ATM 😂😂

  Teller named crystal did not get my authorization or signature and changed my visa I had for 15 years to a new Visa card that has way less benefits. Beware when going to this branch. Now I can't get my old visa back either.

  Parking isn't great, but the staff here are fantastic! 5-stars for (i think her name is) Sabrina, who is exceptionally kind and thoughtful!
