I've been coming to this branch regularly for years and the staff has always been very professional and friendly. However, just recently, after dealing with a death in the family, Cameron did an excellent job in helping to deal with all the necessary banking needs I had, and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Kind, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I have been a TD customer at this branch for over 10 years, and I’m extremely disappointed with how much the service has declined in the last year. The staff are often rude, unhelpful, and show little interest in resolving customer inquiries. Instead of welcoming clients, they seem more focused on rushing people out the door. There is no sense of urgency, no customer care, and no effort to provide solutions. Several times I’ve visited, employees were simply sitting around talking instead of helping customers. For a financial institution dealing with real people and real issues, basic professionalism and customer service should be standard, yet it feels completely absent here. Reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one experiencing this — many customers have shared similar negative experiences. With the lack of service and unwillingness to assist clients, you genuinely have to wonder why this branch is even open for business if staff are not interested in doing their job.

Walking into TD Bank that day was like walking straight into a nightmare I couldn’t wake up from. All I wanted—a simple, straightforward three-month bank statement—turned into a circus act of humiliation. From the very first second, this lady wasn’t just unhelpful—she seemed determined to make my life harder. She demanded my ID. Fine—I handed her my driver’s license without hesitation. She sent a code. No problem—I verified it instantly. But then, the moment her eyes landed on the size of my savings, the entire tone shifted. Suddenly I wasn’t a valued customer anymore—I was a suspect. She started interrogating me about my job as if I were sitting in a courtroom on trial for crimes I never committed. And when I thought reason might prevail, I asked for her boss. Big mistake. Instead of restoring order, the boss stood behind her like a cheerleader, claiming she was “just doing her job.” Doing her job? Really? Since when does requesting a bank statement feel like applying for top-secret government clearance? I came in with ID, I verified the code—what’s next, an interview panel, a background check, or maybe a sworn oath in front of a judge? I’ve been banking all my life—I know what’s normal. What I experienced here was not normal. I wasted nearly 30 minutes of my time being treated like an intruder instead of a customer. The whole thing was insulting, humiliating, and flat-out racist. Let’s not sugarcoat it: this wasn’t professionalism—it was discrimination. And honestly, the way she behaved? Illiterate, unprofessional, and absolutely unfit to serve the public. If TD Bank isn’t happy serving people of color, then let’s stop pretending. Say it clearly, because we do have options. And believe me, we’ll take our money where we’re treated with dignity, not suspicion.
