This guy was pretty rude and kept asking the manager; he did not even say wait a minute or something. His behaviour was somewhat weird when I was his next client at the beginning, and he couldn't solve my concern until the manager came and addressed the issue. The manager is really nice, handle issue smoothly with his politeness to clients.

Not only is she super friendly and professional, but she genuinely cares about helping her clients I came in worried about my application, something that had been stressing me out and Noor took the time to listen, understood exactly what was going on, and got it sorted way faster than I expected. She kept me updated the whole time and made sure everything was fully resolved It honestly made a huge difference to have someone who was both knowledgeable and kind throughout the process. If you ever need help at TD, I can’t recommend her enough. She goes above and beyond, thanks Noor! Shout out to the people at the branch, I have seen first hand how they navigate individuals who are having a bad day or rude and they are always patient and kind- I would have gone crazy They truly care about the people that come in, all the thanks to the staff at the branch
