Waited 18 minutes for her to come out and say she’s running 5-10 minutes behind. Waited another 13 minutes and gave up. So unprofessional and a waste of my time. It’s laughable that TD’s slogan is “we bank on respect.” Where’s the respect for someone’s time?
- FDFM DJun 23, 20181.0I went in to open accounts for my kids, and even though all the paperwork was already prepared beforehand, they sent me home since it was 40 minutes before closing time and they had no-one to help me. I saw lots of people in their offices by themselves, so I opened accounts at the CIBC next door instead. It was quick and easy and the staff there treated my children with respect. It was a great learning experience for my kids... they should never give money to people who ignore them.
