- JDJaden’s DailySep 17, 20255.0This branch has a brand new ATM right outside the branch so you don’t have to worry about the branch hours just hop out of your car and walk up to the ATM it’s right on the wall. After a certain time it only excepts cash so just take note of that. Someone should add updated pictures to show it.

Every time I come to this location it’s such a wait. Cant afford to put another teller or two up front when there’s big lines or lunch rush??
- AFAnna FMay 22, 20251.0I had made an online appointment with Lotoya. I arrived for my appointment and got stood up. I waited 20 mins and the person never arrived. No one even checked in with me or updated me until I asked. The branch manager was not helpful, only told me that she was running late after i asked. I couldn't get help from another agent because they were all busy/booked. I had to leave because I had my baby was with me and getting fussy. I wrote an email with feedback which of course went nowhere. I never went heard back from this person nor TD let alone an apology for the complete lack of communication and waste of my time. Obviously I never went back for financial help from this branch. Go elsewhere if you bank with TD.

If it were not for BMO across the street, I'd have been even more frustrated and bothered. After 35 years, yes, 35! I will no longer be a customer of TDCanada trust because of this branches indifference, stupidity, lack of caring and general ineptitude.
