- VOVitalii OcheretianyiNov 5, 20251.0Rude unhelpful service, came to close a bank account and credit card on Saturday last week, the bank teller (though she was the only one polite) couldn't help us, called her supervisor, who told us to come in on Tuesday, on Tuesday we arrive, the representative was not able to help us called the same guy, their supervisor, who charged out and started questioning us in a condescending, dismissive and unprofessional tone.

- PCPaul CrosbyAug 6, 20251.0Total blanking waste of time. I got a call at my office and was told there was a letter addressed to me that was at the bank because they did not have my home address. It was baffling because this was not even my main branch. I told the woman I would go berserk if I drove over there to collect a piece of marketing nonsense. She would not forward this to my home address and said it was about my RSP. I drove over there and gave my bank card and ID to have her tell me that the letter was for someone with a completely different name than mine. I yelled that I had no idea who this person was and was pissed off that they wasted my time. I have had that phone number for more than 30 years. She said she said the name when she called me. If so, I did not recognize this and she barely speaks English. Welcome to Canada.
