Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.

- EPEugen PetrascuApr 5, 20191.0For two years I had Peter as my 'financial advisor'. We only met briefly at the beginning to arrange the fund transfers and the investments, never after. First call I got from him in years was to tell me he will be transferring my account to a 'younger' adviser since he plans to retire sometimes in 5 years. What a colossal waste of time and money.
