Alison and her sidekick (so sorry I forgot her name, lovely woman with purple-tinted hair) were so patient, so professional, so articulate and so warm that I left the bank feeling my issues were resolved, and I'm sure that I almost skipped out of the bank feeling that I had been treated so warmly and respectfully.
