  This is an amazing branch. I’ve had so many unfriendly, unclean and unhelpful experiences at banks and this one is by far the best I’ve experienced. A+ to the staff!!

  Very poor customer service. One of the new tellers, she speaks and deals with customers in a very disrespectful and unprofessional way. Her attitude is completely inappropriate and does not represent the level of service expected from TD Bank. They really need to review how their staff treat customers.

  About two or three weeks ago I went to the bank to do a deposit mind you I’ve been dealing with this Bank for the last 25 years. I love the bank. I love the management and the staff. They are super friendly and they know how to deal with the customers. So the incident happened when I went to deposit a cheque and I noticed a new teller. She’s on training because I can see the manager trying to guide her so after the manager left And she she’s alone on the station she looked at me as if she’s asking me to come and when I went there, she said oh I’m not ready. I said OK I thought you called me. . So when my turn came her friend the station beside her a new young guy with the fuzzy hair. He said I really don’t appreciate the way you talked to my friend . I said why what did I say to your colleague all I said to her I thought you’re calling me he said yeah, but you are rude and I really don’t wanna serve you and then I said I’m rude. I don’t think you should be working in this bank if this is the way you talk to the customers so what he did he walked away refusing to help me out in front of the management and the management did nothing . The manager took me to the office and I told her my side of the story and I asked her to review the tape to see what kind of employee she has. The bank promised me to do investigation and get back to me, but I didn’t I didn’t hear back from the bank about anything so to be honest I’m very disappointed with this bank. I never seen someone talk to customer like that and he still working at the bank.
