- FMFarzin MajidiDec 30, 20251.0Extremely poor customer service. My wife went to this TD branch because there was an unrecognized withdrawal from her account. Instead of helping her or guiding her through the fraud process, the staff told her to call the number on the card and offered no further assistance. A bank should not treat possible fraud so casually. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable, and we left feeling frustrated and unsupported. I would not recommend this branch based on our experience.

He passed the matter along to the Assistant Branch Manager and before the end of the day I spoke to her, she fully resolved the issue.I sincerely thank the Assistant Branch Manager.
