When you react to her abusive behaviour, she asks you to leave. I have taken all of my investments and business banking elsewhere. She should be fired.

For example, I have never had the "hard sell" from tellers that characterizes so many other Canada Trust branches. The tellers have always been cheerful and helpful, and there are some VERY comfortable chairs to relax in.
