My credit card arrived at this branch for pick up, I had to call the online costumer service number to find out this information out. Also, the tellers at this branch do the bare minimum and get a promotion. They won't share different products TD has, they don't even care to acknowledge costumers who skip the line. They actually just laugh about.

- AOAj oppongNov 6, 20251.0I opened a credit card with them in 2023 October for a promotion. Even after meeting all the requirements, they told me I wouldn’t get the points. I decided to close the account and visited the branch in 2024 October to do so. In 2025 November, I checked my credit score and discovered they never actually closed my account and had been charging late fees. Their mistake dropped my score from 830 to 600. Be very careful with this location.

Disgusted service provided by these staff members. Finally after getting in the office, they did not greet me or have any apologies from the delay. Disrespectful and lazy. They did not even open the door for me to get in or exit. Does TD Bank even properly train these people? So rude, disrespectful and horrible experience. Never booking a appointment here. Seriously do not come here at all.
