I have been a loyal client to TD since the 90's. I am very
disappointed how I was treated over the phone. I am moving my business somewhere else that will not speak to me in an underlying bias tone. I had requested to have a physical cheque returned to me and the Manager at this branch (who is afraid to disclose their name) will not come to the phone nor will return the physical cheque as they keep them because there is an issue??? And now there is a new policy that they don't cash endorsed cheques (which I was not aware of nor had been advised) So a photo copy of the cheque is all I have as a record. This is not acceptable and I am taking this matter further. I know now why your google score is only 2. 8 stars. Thanks for your lack of customer service.

It took me for one hour to wait, even though
They were many tellers, still slow service
Every time I come here it’s the same scenario.
20 people in line waiting, whatever time you come here it’s always slow service.
Most of the time only one teller is serving.
People are frustrated 😖

The lady that we talk on the phone named Lina is very disappointing very rude and no help at all she should have get more training as she is unprofessional..we just need to order a cheque and she keeps on saying “we don’t do that you have to come to the branch to get it and keep asking what type of cheque I don’t know if she is just lazy to give and explain information but she failed instead of trying to help us she just being sarcastic” then we tried calling other bank and the lady get what we are saying right away and help us without going to the branch..

I had a frustrating experience at the TD Keel & Wilson branch. Last year, I visited to transfer funds to another bank for a better GIC rate. One of their advisors convinced me to invest in an online GIC through TD, promising not only the interest earned but also an additional $1,000 bonus from the branch.
When the GIC matured this October, the bonus never came. The advisor who made the promise had left the branch, and although I tried reaching out to him by email, I received no response. I then contacted TD’s online direct investment department, but they declined the bonus, explaining that their promotion only applies to first-time account holders — which I am not.
I returned to the branch to explain that the advisor had clearly stated the $1,000 would come from the branch itself, not the online department. While the staff initially said they would look into it, they eventually left the issue unresolved and directed me back to the online department. I felt like I was being passed around with no accountability. I even suggested coming into the branch and calling the online investment department together to try and resolve the issue — but they simply refused, as if this issue had nothing to do with the branch.
This experience has made me question the professionalism and integrity of the staff at this location. If TD can’t honor what their employees promise, it reflects poorly on the branch’s standards and customer care.
I trusted TD based on the advisor’s word and chose them over another bank offering a better rate. Now I’m left with disappointment and financial loss. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and follow-through.
