Guess I better change banks now back to BMO with drive thru ATM. I have no idea when this branch started to lock the doors

While I completely understand there are policies and protocols that must be followed, the delivery and tone were unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating. I was spoken down to several times, and the fact that she repeated her position multiple times came across as overbearing rather than helpful. I expected a respectful and professional discussion, but instead I left feeling uncomfortable and discouraged. I hope this feedback helps improve how customers are spoken to in the future, especially when enforcing policy.
