- JLJay LamFeb 28, 20251.0They need to properly train and educate the one lady who handles the estate in the branch. I've closed all my accounts with this branch and would never recommend this bank to anyone ever. I had to deal with this uneducated and very poorly trained lady who clearly had no clue what was needed for paperwork. She would say what was needed for paperwork, and once it was provided, she would say that they needed something different over and over. In the end, they couldn't even figure out how to properly transfer the funds. It's stressful enough dealing with the death of a loved one. The lady in this branch doing the estates made it 100 times worse than it needed to be. I'd stay clear of this branch if you want proper service and someone actually educated.
