- JSJessie SladeNov 7, 20241.0Absolutely horrible, very few are trained and you have half hour lines which not everybody has the time for especially on a lunch break, automated services are ridiculous and always going down, bring back regular tellers that did everything instead of a computer, also this branch is in desperate need of a express lane for people who will literally be no more than 2 mins to just cash a pay cheque. Something to think about TD, this is the worst rating I have on Google too I'm almost certain
- WMWill McWhirMar 10, 20241.0TD, get this branch under control. Never have I received such clear disdain over a very simple problem from anyone, let alone a manager (so he claimed). This man needs training or removal. I will not be returning to this branch, despite the next closest located much farther away. I thought perhaps the staff were having a bad day, which still does not excuse their behaviours but might explain it, however this branch's consistent previous reviews tell a very clear story that someone in your HO needs to pay attention to. Your customers don't want apologies. Fix it! TD, mystery shop yourself or read any of the below reviews but follow up. Your customers are screaming at you to fix this branch and, so far as my experience showed, no one has taken control. Your guests expect a higher bar than one of patronising condescension when you are taking care of our money.

The only thing keeping this review from a 5-star is the physical branch itself. It is old, outdated, and too small for this growing community. TD, it may be time to think about building another branch to help serve this town and minimize wait times.
