Get pre approved and told can sign papers as it’s been reviewed and then go to sign papers only to be told more questions of concerns. The person we spoke to on the phone would not even give us a chance to talk when we said now we don’t want the money because of being put through some many hoops and still need more information even after approval. This does not make any sense at all and someone told a lie that stopped us from being able to sign papers. Yeah bad service all in all. I will never go back there again. I sure will give bad reviews to anyone that ask me how services are there. Also can’t even talk on phone you get over talked and don’t even get a chance to even speak. Unhappy customer
