Went on a Saturday just to uber there and waste money and for them to say “banks closed, you can go to another branch, the sign has been up for a while.” Uhhhh pretty sure not everyone goes to the bank everyday to know that. You think they would update it on their website so that people know they’re closed instead of people wasting time and money driving different places.
- LSLisa StroederNov 7, 20252.0This is the worst TD bank around. You will always wait for longer than you should, they do not have a business counter, and management have no idea what they’re doing. There’s almost always an issue when I bank here, which unfortunately is weekly for my business. Today they decided they were going to hold my deposit. This has never happened in the 11 years this account has been open. When I questioned them about it, they said it’s an unusual deposit. I told them to look again because I make a similar deposit literally every week. They then removed the hold. Honestly, it’s clear nobody knows what they’re doing here. The tellers, however, are usually friendly and great, they just work under terrible management
- SMS MOct 9, 20251.0Very disappointed experience- went to sent a wire transfer from my USD account and she sent wire transfer from Canadian account- i specifically mentioned the reason as currency exchange from 3rd party - USD to CAD - not sure what to do now- got lesser rate also i still have to transfer USD to 3rd party.

" The teller then stares at you blankly, completely unfazed by the extremely difficult situation you are now in. The ads roll by on the screens about various supplemental programs when in fact the bank is unable to perform it's core function properly, serve the customer. Much like society today, really.
