  I had a great experience with Hamzah and team at TD Trust, Westgate. They were very helpful, thorough, patient and kind when I had to deal with an estate settlement issue. It took some time, but in the end, everything worked out and it was a pleasant experience. Thanks, TD Team!

  I deposited a dual payee cheque (my wife signing the back of cheque) and the manager refused to deposit the cheque into my account. I stated not only is the cheque signed but my wife was also a TD customer , they could call her. Sania Fawad refused to do so , I communicated that I could log onto my phone and transfer all the funds regardless of them thinking they were doing some security action ?? Anyways. After banking with TD my whole life , I've had enough.

  Just signed up today as a new customer and Kimberly assisted me. She was professional, kind and I really appreciated how thorough she was in answering all my questions. Very appreciated! 10/10 customer service. I’m glad I chose this branch.

  This is a decent TD bank branch. They tend to have 2 to 3 tellers on most days as well as the business / corporate teller who also sees people. This branch is in a busy mall which is difficult to get in and out of but other than that it's not bad. There are several other useful stores in this mall while you're visiting the bank. You can also go to the grocery store Sobeys the LCBO Home Hardware Shoppers Drug Mart as well as various fast food restaurants dry cleaners and a pet store. So overall this location in branch is a 4 out of 5. I'd raise it to a 5 if they were a little bit quicker with their tellers and the access to the mall was a little bit easier.
