- RRRayOct 24, 20252.0Staffs needs to think more about their customers as customers usually comes first. Lady helped me with bank statement and while retrieving the papers she stood still and talked to her staff members and socialize while wasting my time waiting just to hear them socialize with each other. When I called her over. She didn’t bother to count my change either and just left me and helped someone else. That’s just plain rude. This happened 30min ago today

On Friday evening around 7 pm, I was at the branch and witnessed a situation that really stayed with me. A customer was yelling, screaming, and being extremely rude to the staff. I still can’t believe how some people have no empathy at all. I wish i know the name of Rep that was helping her so you can let her know that she is awesome and i am so sorry for her!!! Please please please - Share this with that branch at 425 Hespeler Road. What stood out to me was how the TD representative handled it — calm, professional, and incredibly polite, even while being treated so poorly. The staff did not deserve to go through that, and I truly felt sorry watching them deal with such disrespect. I hope TD continues to stand behind its employees and does not allow customers like this to mistreat them. Your team deserves respect for the way they treat people. Thank you to the staff — your patience and professionalism left a big impression on me. I also run a company - and i am well aware how customer service works!!
