She was honest about not knowing too much about this specific account, however, I had informed her I was up to speed on the information required and gave her web information to assist. Long story short, she kept providing answers from the “back office” that made absolutely no sense and on Sept 22, she said her manger would call me, and as of today no one has called me lol. Do not waste your time here. They will waste yours!
