  Started off great - connected with a branch advisor about my LOC application. She made it very easy and effortless to apply and understand the process. This was August 10th. Then, after my application I was flagged that I had two open credit files from the credit bureau and they couldn't approve my application, that I had to call Equifax to confirm. I called Equifax the same day and they said they had no idea what I was talking about and that I had only one active file open under my credentials. I contacted a follow up with the advisor to confirm my call and findings and to reapply. Then I waited with no follow up for almost two weeks. I sent another email, still no follow up. Now over a month passed and I haven’t had a single ounce of communication from the bank. I reached out and was told that the assigned branch advisor I had left the company. No one thought to contact me or do an internal follow up with her workload? So I spoke to a new person who said they would take care of my reapplication, ensuring me I would get an email and confirmation and that I may need to come back in to sign paperwork again for reapplying but they would send over emails with e-signature to minimize inconvenience. It’s now been almost two months since my initial visit and I have yet to still receive an email, communication or follow up with the bank. I called today and was told the manager was busy and that they would take my information and call back when they could. This was over 4 hours ago. I’ve been with TD bank my entire life and can’t believe the lack of response, communication or treatment as a client that I’ve received, or lack thereof. I will absolutely be removing all funds and accounts from TD and moving to a new banking company that makes your business feels valuable or at least communicates with you. I highly recommend to steer clear from this bank and branch. Clearly my loyalty and commitment to the bank had zero impact and I was left feeling like a burden or annoyance rather that a valued costumer.

  I came here to deposit usd to my usd account around this time last year. The teller, he is middle eastern, took my cash and kept counting under his table trying to keep the cash away from my sight. I asked him why and he told me that he is protecting the cash from attention. This isn't the right practice. He tried to make a fool out of me by giving an excuse. This experience made me uncomfortable and will never bank here again
