- JDJonathan DoRegoJan 5, 20261.0Absolutely horrible location. These guys locked the doors to the ATM. Closed new years day 1pm. Closed January 5th 8:07pm. What kind of crap show is this. This is how you treat your clients? If you want to lock the ATM out to only business hours and inconvenience everyone that banks with you how about eating the charges for using a non branch ATM? I'm seriously thinking of closing my accounts with you guys and banking elsewhere.
- CPCaroline PurchaseDec 29, 20251.0This branch recently changed ATM hours to bank hours. No longer 24 hours and extremely inconvenient. No point in having an ATM if it’s not usable. Paid $40 for a cab to go to an Open Branch. Horrible customer service and only teller is working when this branch is open. TD should shut this location down as it is extremely difficult to get service help or use to the banking services.
