I went in to request a simple change to my mortgage payments, and the process was handled very poorly. When I followed up to understand why the issue wasn’t fixed, I was told it was due to a “system issue” and that nothing could be done. As a result, I ended up paying additional interest on my mortgage, and their response was essentially, “we can’t help you.” Very disappointing experience with no accountability.

This branch used to be open on Saturdays and later times during the week. The hours now make it really difficult for those who need to use outside of work hours especially services like safety deposit boxes or FA discussions.
