Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.

- RGRobert GadziolaNov 20, 20221.0I was very unhappy with him. He wanted me to put more risk in my portfolio. That was a red flag. I knew enough not to do it. He sent me the form and I never sent it back. He never followed up. When I want to liquidate my portfolio he told me I had to do into the branch to do it. THat was a major run around. It was strange because my previous FP had no problems to liquidate my portfolio when I need to. I was able to contact head office and they were able to sell my portfolio right over the phone. When you leave the branch phone messages they never contact you. I do not trust these people.
