  ONE star today but praise to the teller Favour who came on duty and served me after I had waited seated 30 minutes at the special counter for seniors and people with disabilities. After 45 minutes I left with what I had come in for, with thanks to Favour and no one else! Other staff had told me twice that they couldn’t wait on me till ALL the people in line were served first. People poured in the door non stop and there were 6-8 people in line constantly. I asked for the Manager and was told they would get her. No one came. This has been our local branch for 13 + years and service today made me wonder if it is time to take our business elsewhere.

  Favour is the best girl working for this Branch, she really cares for customers, I visit there on regular basis. But she is the one who helped a lot.

  I visited TD to have some business account statements printed. The teller refused to print my statements because I did not have my banking card with me, even though there are other standard methods of authentication available (such as verifying ID or profile information). This caused unnecessary inconvenience. I went back immediately after and another teller was able to quickly access my profile and print the statements without issue. This shows that the first refusal was avoidable and inconsistent with the level of service I expect from TD. A simple request should not require multiple trips to the branch.

  I wish I could give ZERO. Today I had an appointment with TD Shellard lane at 11:30am. Me and my husband took 1/2 hour off from work so we can attend this appointment which was booked 2 weeks ago. They’re so unprofessional we waited for 20 mins when we were about to leave then Srishti Arora came out. If she was busy with other client she can communicate with us by phone that she is busy with client & asked us to come late for the appointment. When we talked with management that we are waiting for last 20 mins they said oh your appointment is at 12:30 my husband confirmed that it was at 11:30 not 12:30. Seriously are we stupid that we came to bank 1 hour before our appointment. If a client is late for the appointment for any reason these banks don’t give them enough time oh you are late I won’t be able to give you your proper appointment time. But If bank advisors is late they have excuses. So disappointed with bank management. Everyone time is precious.
