  I visited TD to have some business account statements printed. The teller refused to print my statements because I did not have my banking card with me, even though there are other standard methods of authentication available (such as verifying ID or profile information). This caused unnecessary inconvenience. I went back immediately after and another teller was able to quickly access my profile and print the statements without issue. This shows that the first refusal was avoidable and inconsistent with the level of service I expect from TD. A simple request should not require multiple trips to the branch.

  I wish I could give ZERO. Today I had an appointment with TD Shellard lane at 11:30am. Me and my husband took 1/2 hour off from work so we can attend this appointment which was booked 2 weeks ago. They’re so unprofessional we waited for 20 mins when we were about to leave then Srishti Arora came out. If she was busy with other client she can communicate with us by phone that she is busy with client & asked us to come late for the appointment. When we talked with management that we are waiting for last 20 mins they said oh your appointment is at 12:30 my husband confirmed that it was at 11:30 not 12:30. Seriously are we stupid that we came to bank 1 hour before our appointment. If a client is late for the appointment for any reason these banks don’t give them enough time oh you are late I won’t be able to give you your proper appointment time. But If bank advisors is late they have excuses. So disappointed with bank management. Everyone time is precious.

  My wife came into the bank to deposit a bank draft for her brother from their mom's estate due to her mother passing away. She had previously deposited money for her brother a week before at a different brank and had no problems. At this branch, the bank manager, a bigger lady with red hair, was absolutely rude and belittling to my wife. She raised her voice to my wife and said I will be putting it on hold and will not take it off. My my said the other bank branch did no problem with just as much money. We ended up leaving and went back to the other branch in brantford, and they did it for us, no questions asked. This lady should be retaught how to talk with customers and lose the attitude. DONT BANK AT THIS BRANCH

  Was in this morning, the cashier was dismissive and rude. The lady at the cashier next to me was being called rude and told she was yelling when she wasn't. Seriously need to work on hiring people who are good at customer service and aren't miserable. No smiles, no "good morning, please, thank-you, have a good day" just blank stares and people who don't want to be there. Horrible experience. Will drive across town to go to the one in the north end, at least they are friendly there.

  My experience with TD Bank Shellard has been extremely disappointing. The staff members were consistently unprofessional and lacked knowledge about basic banking procedures. The front tellers are always busy chatting, do not care about customers? Whatever happened to professionalism. I felt so uncomfortable and had the worst experience with this branch. Despite my attempts to address issues with them, the problems persisted, resulting in a loss of funds from my account due to their negligence. The customer service was abysmal, with little to no effort made to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience caused. I would strongly advise against banking with this TD Bank branch due to their incompetence and disregard for their customers’ financial well-being. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BRANCH!
