    I wish I could rate it minus or Zero based on today's experience at TD bank in Brampton. The customer service at this bank (201 County Court Blvd., Brampton) has horribly gone down. The lady who sits besides the front desk is very rude and manner less. She started getting angry at my 3rd or 4th question. My daughter's account wasn't working and she is in England, which is creating lots of problems for her. She couldn't access her account online, and had a few questions over the phone. I was trying to help her by asking these questions from the lady who was covering the desk besides front desk, on September 16 at around 1:20pm. She started getting annoyed quickly, and calling me maa'm in a very rude tone purposefully to put me off and end the conversation quickly. Still I was respectful enough to say thanks to her in the end, but she kept on looking at her computer screen, didn't acknowledge my presence, and just mumbled something, which I couldn't hear. I am shocked and surprised at this behavior. I can speak and understand English well, but I am thinking about those who lack English language skills, and how they are treated by this lady. She literally needs some training in Customer Services, or shouldn't be sitting at the front desk to spoil any customer's day. I hope this review is read by a bank employee and taken care of by the Management or by her Supervisor.
