To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.
If you require in-person assistance for borrowing, investing or other financial advice, please book an appointment online, and we would be pleased to serve you.
Their website says opens at 8.00am and it’s closed and there is sign that says 9.00 am .
Don’t understand why don’t they update the website.
They should fire their IT dept. Team handling website.

Closing half an hour before your scheduled time is a pretty disingenuous thing to do to your customers. Do better

Business hours are not what's posted on Google, also no way to call them to confirm. Great way to waste your time

DO NOT COME HERE! AVOID!
Placed an order for foreign currency exchange last Friday in-person. Today, I called to confirm my order was ready and they said it was. When I arrived, they were only able to provide me with a third of my initial order, citing that the Foreign Currency is only available first come first serve. That's ridiculous! What's the point in having me place my order then? I definitely will not be coming back and I won't be recommending!!

Very poor branch and no regard for customer service. Employees just talking and relaxing, conversing in other languages. No initiative and very poor customer service. Does not feel like a td branch
