Currency Exchange Service
To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal. Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing. We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel. If you require in-person assistance for borrowing, investing or other financial advice, please book an appointment online, and we would be pleased to serve you.

    Their website says opens at 8.00am and it’s closed and there is sign that says 9.00 am . Don’t understand why don’t they update the website. They should fire their IT dept. Team handling website.

    I shouldn't have to be the one to update your service hours. Stop eating people's time and do better. Then your rating might improve.

    Drove quite awhile to get here for 600pm and they were closed. No one would even come to the door. The website clearly states 8pm. I've always had issues with TD and this is yet another reason for me to only have one minimal account here. Disappointing and VERY unprofessional. There were about 5 cars in the parking lot for this one location. Have the professional decency and common curtesy to update your hours online. Unacceptable.

    I went in person on a weekend afternoon, there was a bit of a lineup but I was able to exchange CAD for THB. The staff was very nice.
