- EMEssence of MathematicsNov 10, 20251.0I just visited TD Bank and had a very disappointing experience with a lady named Gemini (or something similar). She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I told her that my e-deposit wasn’t working, she assumed I was talking about e-transfer. She clearly didn’t understand the difference — e-deposit is meant for depositing checks, not sending money. Instead of trying to understand or resolve my issue, she tried to send me away and even told me that “not even the manager” would be able to help. When I insisted on speaking with the manager, she called someone else instead of the actual manager. I had to ask again before Anna, the manager, finally came to assist me. Thankfully, Anna was polite, professional, and immediately resolved my issue. If it weren’t for her, my problem would have remained unresolved and my trip would have been wasted. Gemini seriously needs training in customer service, product knowledge, and communication. Her tone was rough and dismissive — completely inappropriate for dealing with customers. Honestly, if I were a manager, I wouldn’t even consider hiring someone who treats customers this way.
