When I asked about my slot, a staff member casually said they'd get to me "after a while." If appointments mean nothing and walk-ins get priority anyway, why bother booking? Terrible organization and waste of my time

Seems like they hired high school kids with no formal training. The worst part even the manager is not knowledgeable. She acted in arrogance and power. Worst experience 👎👎👎

There’s about 10 staff behind the counter with only 3 tellers open while the other staff members are talking amongst one another so damn loudly while staring at the line. Makes NO SENSE! Definitely won’t be coming back here. Nicely renovated branch but needs more staff members working to assist customers.
